Executive Bureau meeting in Rome

The Executive Bureau of the SCEBCU met in Rome on September 30 and October 1 at the premises of the Banca d’Italia. This meeting allowed for the finalisation of the preparations for the upcoming Zagreb Executive Committee and the preparation of future ESCB and SSM social dialogue meetings with the ECB, as well as the ad hoc meeting with the HRC.

It was also an opportunity to meet the HRC representative of the Banca d’Italia, Giorgio Pataracchia. The Executive Bureau members highly appreciated the guided tour of the Banca d’Italia’s banknote production facility.

Finally, a meeting was organised with the Trade Unions of the Banca d’Italia.

National Bank of Croatia: SCECBU Meets with the Staff

Thierry Desanois, President of SCECBU, spoke on September 12 before the staff of the National Bank of Croatia about the organisation of the upcoming SCECBU Executive Committee in Zagreb, which will take place on October 24 and 25. It was also an opportunity to present the structure of SCECBU and discuss European social dialogue. Furthermore, the President of SCECBU invited the Central Bank staff to reflect on internal organization in order to open a social dialogue within the Central Bank. In conclusion, an invitation was extended to the staff to attend the next Committee meeting and engage in discussions with the 75 delegates from 26 National Central Banks and the ECBs
