I was elected for the first time in 2000, as Secretary to SCECBU. I started working for the Committee in 1996 as “Europe” project manager with Alain Descamps, General Counsellor of Staff of Banque de France and Vice-President of SCECBU.

I started workin in the Banque de France in the cash services and became shortly after a Union member. I am currently a member of FO Banque de France and was elected to the Federal Bureau of the Federation of FO Finances. As such, I participate in international meetings of FO Confederation.

After my election in 2000, I was re-elected 5 years later to the same function alongside Alain Descamps elected President. Unfortunately, in 2006, following Alain’s decease, I became President of SCECBU, by election, having renewed my mandate in 2010, and then in 2015.

Since 2006 I have been given a very particular attention to the coordination of the works of the Executive Bureau (EB) carried out in team, by empowering each EB member and supporting her/his actions as well as her/his work and responsibilities carried undertaken in the Executive Bureau. I much favor human contact by meeting staff representatives in their different central banks, keeping the respect of each own culture and tradiction. It is also my role to manage all international relations of SCECBU, union and employers.
