Collecting information related to benefits in central banks can identify the best practices that could be used as an example for improving and introducing benefits in those banks that still do not have them.

By exchanging information and practices, and comparing them, we can help each other and make all of us stronger in negotiations with our banks.

SSM wg is also very useful in order to prepare the SSM Social Dialogue meetings which takes place twice a year in Frankfurt.

The working group decided to focus its activity on:

 – Pensions

 – Workings conditions for trade unions
